Excellence in Real Estate
My Commitment to You
If you are new to the Coastal Bend and need an agent who will give you the overall scope of options and listen to your "must-haves and dislikes"---I gladly accept the challenge. I will gather all of the information I can on the homes of particular interest, like property history, tax records, flood zone maps, and information gleaned from conversations with the listing agents about previous offers or inspections to name just a few, so that my buyers have the ability to make well informed decisions. My goal is not to sell a house. My goal is to find the absolute right place for my client-customers that makes them happy and fits their needs and pocketbook. The Best Service, The Best Results
I have client-customers who have become wonderful friends during the journey of looking for a home or selling one. I believe that clear communication, asking pertinent questions, and defining priorities combined with creativity and excellent service make me good at what I love to do. I ask a lot of questions and can give you my best feedback. If you prefer a quieter mode, just let me know and I will adjust. My History
I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, graduated from Nerinx Hall, attended Stephens College, Columbia, MO, and transferred to SMU in Dallas TX, where I met my husband Richard Perry. I and my husband have four grown children, Aggies to Longhorn's and have lived in Corpus Christi and the surrounding area over thirty years. I have an art and design background, have renovated several homes from the ground up and have sold both antiques and custom home furnishings. I feel that my full-time career as a Realtor utilizes most of my background, interests and talents. Having raised a family, I know that how a home will function for them is of utmost importance. A still life can be so aesthetically appealing, but as I always ask both my adult children and my clients, "life is not still, will it work for you?"
